THERAPY FOR ANXIETY, RELATIONSHIPS, FAMILY DYNAMICS, LIFE TRANSITIONS, AND TRAUMA

The way you care for yourself shapes how you move through the world.

Together, we’ll create a grounded, supportive space where you can slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that deserve care. My work centers compassion, clarity, and meaningful change—so you can move through life with more confidence, connection, and ease.

How I can help

I support individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, relational challenges, identity exploration, adoption-related experiences, and major life transitions.

Our sessions are collaborative and paced with care. We’ll explore your story with curiosity, not judgment, so you can feel more choice and freedom in how you show up in your life.

Services

I offer therapy tailored to your needs, with a focus on safety, connection, and sustainable change.

About Me

Jenna M. Lewis, M.A., AMFT

Welcome — I’m Jenna Lewis. I’m a psychotherapist who believes in a holistic, whole-person approach to healing. Each of us carries multiple identities — student, caretaker, friend, sibling, athlete, mediator, the “family glue,” and many more. When we focus on only one part of who you are, we lose the full picture. Your condition is an important part of your story, but it does not define your entire life or limit your capacity for fulfillment.

I have extensive firsthand experience living with and managing my autoimmune disease, Psoriatic Arthritis, since childhood. Navigating flare-ups, medication changes, the emotional impact of chronic pain, insurance challenges, and the constant need to adjust my lifestyle has shaped not only how I understand myself, but how I show up for my clients.

My own journey has taught me that it is possible to live with a chronic condition and thrive. While your condition may take center stage in medical appointments or during difficult seasons, your mental and emotional wellbeing deserves equal care and attention. I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space where your experiences are met with genuine understanding — a place where you can explore how to thrive in multiple areas of your life, not just “manage” your condition.

I am passionate about helping people reconnect with their strengths, honor their limits without shame, and build a life that feels meaningful, empowered, and whole.
